Spain’s FTEJerez Completes First MPL Cadet Cohort for Kuwait Airways

Spain – FTEJerez, a Jerez-based integrated flight training organisation specialising in airline-focused ab initio and MPL programmes, has confirmed the successful completion of training by the first group of Kuwait Airways cadet pilots under the airline’s MPL pipeline.

• The cadets completed their Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) training at FTEJerez’s Jerez de la Frontera campus.

• Type Rating training was conducted in Madrid, before the cadets progressed to base training in Kuwait.

• The programme marks the first completed cohort under the Kuwait Airways–FTEJerez MPL collaboration.

• A total of 25 Kuwait Airways cadets are currently in training at FTEJerez.

• A further 18 cadets are scheduled to join the program in Spring
