South Africa's Excellentia Airline Academy Seeks to Grow Flight Instructor Team in 2026

South Africa – Excellentia Airline Academy (EAA), a fast-growing South African flight training group, is seeking to recruit full-time flight instructors at its bases at Lanseria and Grand Central airports, offering competitive salary, benefits, and rapid hour-building opportunities.

The positions require a valid and current South African CPL, a Grade III or Grade II Instructor Rating, fluency in spoken and written English, and availability for full-time instruction.

EAA currently operates a fleet of nearly 30 aircraft — including Cessna 172s, Piper Archers, Piper Seneca IIIs, Diamond DA20-C1s, and Diamond DA42 Twinstars — and has been adding new Sling NGT aircraft on a monthly basis, with plans to scale the fleet to over 100 aircraft within 18 months and 200 within three years.
