Skyborne Airline Academy Invites Applicants to Dedicated Webinar as British Airways Speedbird Pilot Academy Applications Open in April 2026

United Kingdom – Skyborne Airline Academy has highlighted its role as the official UK training partner for the British Airways Speedbird Pilot Academy, coinciding with the opening of the program's fourth annual application window, and is hosting a dedicated webinar on 21 April 2026 to guide prospective applicants through the program and selection process.

  • Skyborne is the designated UK flight training partner for the Speedbird Pilot Academy, through which British Airways is offering fully-funded pilot training for up to 160 candidates at a GBP 100,000 (approx. USD $126,000) per-place cost covered entirely by the airline.
  • A Speedbird British Airways Webinar is scheduled for Tuesday 21 April 2026, hosted by Skyborne's Flight Training Advisors alongside special guest speakers from British Airways, covering the application process, interview requirements, candidate expectations, and what the airline looks for in prospective pilots.
  • The webinar is open to all candidates considering applying to the Speedbird Pilot Academy ahead of the 23 April 2026 application deadline.
