Global – AMST Aviation, an Austrian-Dutch flight simulator manufacturer, will showcase its proprietary VISIM Image Generator (IG) at the World Aviation Training Summit (WATS) 2026 in Orlando, Florida, highlighting the company's technology independence through in-house development of all core simulator components including image generation.

AMST develops and manufactures its VISIM IG in-house, positioning it as one of the few simulation providers with full technology independence across all critical flight simulator subsystems, enabling faster and more flexible responses to customer requirements.
The VISIM IG is integrated across AMST's full simulator portfolio, from Procedure Trainers and Flight Training Devices (FTDs) through to Level D Full Flight Simulators, and is also available as a retrofit solution for third-party simulators.
The latest VISIM IG version introduces a new feature enabling continuous and smooth real-time transitions between seasons during simulator operation, enhancing visual fidelity for training scenarios.
