Philippines – Cebu Pacific, the largest airline in the Philippines, has inaugurated the Cebu Pacific Training Academy, a purpose-built 1,685-square-metre facility in Parañaque City, reinforcing the carrier's commitment to Philippine aviation workforce development.
- The facility was inaugurated by CEB Chairman Lance Gokongwei, Chief Operations Officer Javier Massot, and Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Director General Ret. Lt. Gen. Raul Del Rosario.
- The training academy is equipped with Airbus A330 and ATR door trainers, cabin mock-ups, slide trainers, classrooms, and equipment rooms, enabling scenario-based and practical training delivered by the airline's in-house instructors.
- The facility is designed to deliver hands-on, experience-based training for both aspiring pilots and cabin crew, centralising training delivery that was previously conducted across multiple locations or through external providers.
