Philippines – Cebu based Airworks Aviation Academy, one of the Philippines' largest flight training academy's, has marked a major milestone in its airline-backed cadet training operations, confirming the intake of its 100th cadet in 2025 through its structured partnership with Cebu Pacific Air.

• The intake milestone coincides with Cebu Pacific reaching a 100-aircraft fleet, highlighting parallel growth across both airline capacity and pilot training throughput.

• Airworks’ cadet programme is positioned around airline discipline, standardisation, and safety culture, aligning ab initio training closely with airline operational requirements from an early stage.

• Beyond training scale, Airworks has continued to invest in sustainable campus operations, commissioning an additional 100 kW of solar power in 2025.

• The expanded solar installation now supplies over 50% of the academy’s energy requirements, linking pilot pipeline growth with environmental responsibility.
