Melbourne Flight Training Rebrands as Rocket Air, Unifying Flight School, Pilot Shop, and New Charter Division

May 15, 2026

Florida, USA – Melbourne Flight Training (MFT), an FAA Part 141 flight school based at Melbourne Orlando International Airport, has completed a six-month rebranding initiative unifying its flight training, pilot shop, aerial communications, and a newly launched charter division under a single brand identity: Rocket Air.

  • The rebrand consolidates Melbourne Flight Training, Heck Air, Fallon Pilot Shop, and Sebastian Communication Inc. under one cohesive brand, with clarified positioning across students, pilots, aircraft owners, and aviation professionals.
  • A new charter division has been introduced as part of the consolidation, expanding Rocket Air's market presence beyond flight training into on-demand air travel services on Florida's Space Coast.
  • The rebrand was led by Madeline Milne, Marketing and Sales Manager, who described the goal as creating a brand that is more scalable, more recognizable, and better positioned for growth beyond the Space Coast of Florida.

Melbourne Flight Training closed 2025 with 40,261 total flight hours, an 85% first-time pass rate, 30 career aviator pathway graduates, and 607 total checkrides and self-examining end-of-course assessments. Sixteen CFIs transitioned into jet operations with airlines including PSA Airlines, Endeavor Air, and Frontier.
