Overview
A well-capitalised Indian flight training organisation start-up, currently progressing through the DGCA NOC process, is seeking to lease a fleet of single-engine training aircraft ahead of a planned operational launch in August 2026. The organisation is investor-backed with confirmed capital. Lessor counterparty risk is considered low.
The lessee is seeking to establish an initial fleet of six aircraft with a contractual pathway to ten aircraft within the first year of operations, including one multi-engine type. Multi-engine requirements are anticipated within six to eight months of launch.
This is a long-term lease requirement. Lessors with experience supplying aircraft into the Indian DGCA-regulated environment are preferred, though not mandatory.
