France – HOP!, the regional subsidiary of Air France, has opened applications for Airline Transport Pilot Officer (OPL) positions, inviting qualified candidates to join its European regional network.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid ATPL or CPL/IRME license
Theoretical ATPL issued by an EASA-approved training organisation (ATO)
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
Minimum TOEIC score of 850
MCC and Advanced UPRT certifications required
FCL 055 Level 6 for non-French speakers
EU or Swiss nationality
Applicants must not have been previously eliminated from Air France, HOP!, or Transavia pilot selection programs
Selection Process:
PSY1: Conducted at ENAC (École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile)
PSY2: Includes personality assessments, group exercises, interviews, and simulator evaluations
Final Interview: Conducted by HOP! recruitment representatives
The recruitment reflects HOP!’s ongoing effort to replenish its pilot workforce and sustain operational flexibility within Air France’s short-haul and regional network.
