Elixir Aircraft Ships First US-Bound Aircraft from La Rochelle Factory to Florida's Cirrus Aviation

France & USA – Elixir Aircraft, the La Rochelle headquartered training aircraft manufacturer, has shipped its first aircraft destined for the United States on 6 May 2026 for delivery to Cirrus Aviation, an FAA Part 141 flight school based in Sarasota, Florida. The shipment marks Elixir's entry into the US flight training market.

• Cirrus Aviation was the first US flight school to place a firm order for the Elixir, committing to an initial 10-aircraft order.
• Elixir Aircraft received FAA Part 23 certification on 22 July 2025, unlocking access to the US market
• The company holds over 300 pre-orders and letters of intent.
• The Elixir was previously certified under EASA CS-23 in 2020.
