France – Elixir Aircraft, the La Rochelle-headquartered aircraft manufacturer, has delivered the first of two Elixir aircraft to Cergy Pontoise Airclub as part of the flying club's fleet modernization program, with a second aircraft to follow shortly.

  • Elixir Aircraft has been building momentum across the European flight training and aeroclub market. In January 2026, the manufacturer delivered its 50th aircraft in operation to Paris-area flying club Aéroclub les Alcyons. Portugal's Omni Aviation Training Center launched its second Elixir in February 2026, while Greece's Egnatia Group added 6 Elixir aircraft to its fleet in 2025 with a further 9 on order.
  • The Elixir is certified under both EASA CS-23 (since 2020) and FAA FAR Part-23 (since July 2025), and incorporates the company's proprietary Carbon OneShot manufacturing technology, which allows the airframe structure to be built in a single piece, reducing components and maintenance requirements.
