Elixir Aircraft Begins First U.S. Deliveries to Cirrus Aviation and Sierra Charlie Aviation

USA – aircraft manufacturer Elixir Aircraft has commenced its first deliveries to the United States, with three aircraft destined for Florida and Arizona-based flight schools, marking the company's entry into the North American market following FAA Part 23 certification in July 2025.

• The first U.S. deliveries will be received by Cirrus Aviation, an FAA Part 141 flight school based in Sarasota, Florida, and Elixir Aircraft's first American customer. Cirrus Aviation placed its initial order as early as 2020 following the aircraft's European certification and has ordered a total of 10 Elixir aircraft.
• Sierra Charlie Aviation, a Part 61 flight school based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with over 60 instructors operating across Scottsdale Airport and Chandler Municipal Airport, will also receive its first Elixir as part of a pre-order for 100 aircraft.
• The first three U.S.-based Elixir aircraft will be displayed at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh this July, marking the first time an Elixir on display at the event will have flown to the show rather than being transported.
• Nearly 300 pre-orders have been recorded in the North American market to date.
• Elixir Aircraft is preparing to open a reassembly and delivery facility in Sarasota, Florida, to support U.S. market operations, complementing its new 15,000 m² production facility under development in La Rochelle, France.
• The company currently has 50 aircraft in active operation globally, with over 300 fourth-generation aircraft in its order book. Elixir Aircraft secured €40 million in development funding in early 2024 and was selected by ENAC to renew its VFR training fleet in June 2025.
