Czech Republic -  headquartered F AIR Ltd., one of the largest flight training groups in Europe when measured by flight size, is seeking to hire an individual for the Technical Director role. The role will oversee maintenance operations and lead a team of mechanics and airworthiness inspectors. This role involves managing aircraft maintenance projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• University/secondary education in a technical field (aviation specialization preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a technical industry (aircraft maintenance, automotive, manufacturing, etc.)
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of EASA aircraft maintenance regulations (advantageous)
• Aircraft maintenance license (preferred)
• Valid driving license

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of mechanics in Bystřice and Karlovy Vary and airworthiness inspectors
• Management of foreign projects and provision of aircraft maintenance
• Coordination and management of the CAO organization
• Drive efficiency and quality in aircraft maintenance operations
