"We are seeking a Head of Standardization to join the Airbus and Sevenair partnership Flight School in Ponte de Sor, Portugal. This is a full-time requirement and does not lend itself to a commuting type of pattern.

The Mission: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, delivering, and maintaining the highest levels of standardization across the Flight Instructor (FI) group, ensuring excellence throughout the training syllabus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive background in Ab-Initio flight training.
• Experience as a Head of Training (HoT), Head of Standardization, or Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) is advantageous.
• Previous management experience is desired.
• Comprehensive command of EASA regulations, standards, and compliance.
